We’ll text you before arrival. You don’t need to be home—just ensure we have yard access and any protective dogs are secured for a smooth, safe visit
1- Visit Notification
Your scooper will arrive and get to work, following a careful route and double-checking the yard to make sure nothing gets missed. We’re thorough, so your yard stays truly clean.
3- Safety Procedures
After cleanup, we’ll snap a photo of your closed gate for peace of mind. Then we sanitize our tools with pet-safe disinfectant to keep every visit clean and germ-free.
4- Dog Waste Disposal
We dispose of waste based on local guidelines—either in your trash can, our service truck, or double-bagged neatly at the side of your home. Always clean, always compliant.
